We ship to serviceable postal codes within India using available courier partners.

Processing and Dispatch

Typical dispatch is 2–5 business days. Some products may be prepared or printed after ordering. Dispatch time is separate from courier transit time.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Courier delays, holidays, weather, remote-location service and address problems can affect delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete address, correct PIN code and working phone number. Contact us immediately when a correction is required.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared when provided by the courier. Tracking can take time to update after pickup.

Failed Delivery

Additional charges may apply when a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery or refusal without a verified product issue.

Damaged Packaging

If the parcel appears severely damaged, record photographs or an unboxing video before opening. This evidence helps us raise a claim with the courier or production partner.

Partial Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be dispatched separately, and separate tracking details may be provided.
