Products

We try to present products accurately. Screen settings, fabric batches and printing can cause reasonable variations in colour, texture and placement.

Orders and Acceptance

An order is subject to successful payment, stock or blank-garment availability, production feasibility and serviceable delivery. We may cancel an order for fraud risk, payment failure, obvious error or inability to fulfil.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Shipping, tax and discounts are shown where applicable during checkout.

Intellectual Property

Filliaxmius designs, logos, artwork, text and website content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Returns

The Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy applies. Customer-selected wrong sizes and change of mind are generally not eligible for made-to-order products.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information, review the size chart and use products according to the care instructions.

Website Availability

We may update, suspend or correct website content, product availability and prices. An obvious technical or pricing error does not create an obligation to supply at the incorrect value.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, courier delay or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

The published Terms may be updated as the store, payment methods or fulfilment practices change.
